ECom Seller Core helps entrepreneurs set up companies in the United States, United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and supports them as they build ecommerce businesses on Amazon. We bring company formation, practical business support and Amazon project work together, so founders can plan the whole journey with one point of contact.
What we do
We help founders form companies, arrange the registrations and services that usually follow, and plan their Amazon businesses through training, product research, sourcing and supplier relationships. Every engagement starts with a conversation and a written quotation, so the scope is clear before any work begins.
How we work
We explain options in plain language, put the scope in writing and keep you informed at each decision point. Where a matter needs a licensed professional, such as a tax adviser, attorney or auditor, we tell you so and coordinate where that is part of the agreed scope.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm, accounting firm or government agency, and we do not give legal or tax advice. We do not promise approvals from Amazon, banks, payment providers or government bodies, and we do not promise sales or profits.
